You do not need to know the trade name for the problem. Tell us what is leaking, not heating, making noise or leaving scale behind, and we will help you work out what needs to happen next.
For a larger project, give us the building type, the project stage and the part of the work you need covered. You will get a written estimate back.

If you have been told to replace a boiler, water heater or plumbing component, we will inspect the system, review the recommendation and help you make sure you are getting what you actually need.
You get the estimate in writing before the work begins. If we open something up and find a problem the estimate did not cover, you hear about it before we do the work, not when the invoice arrives.
We install water heaters rather than repair them. If a repair is the right answer, we will say so and point you to someone who does them. The same goes for treatment equipment that will not fix the problem you actually have.
A leak can involve the fixture, the piping or the connections behind it. Uneven heat can come from the boiler, the controls or the system carrying heat through the building. You do not have to work out which trade to call before you pick up the phone.
A softener fixes hardness. It does not fix iron staining, sulphur smell or bacteria, and those need different equipment. If you are not sure which one you have, we test first and quote after.

We are not a 24-hour service. We take time-sensitive work case by case, based on the problem, your location and the day’s schedule. Even when we cannot get to the property that day, we can usually walk you through shutting the water off and limiting the damage.
